ASHLAW ASSOCIATES  is a small specialist Litigation firm located in North Sydney NSW.

Principal Solicitor Gary John Ashworth is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and appears regularly in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW as well as the Family, Federal and Federal Magistrates Courts of Australia.


The main areas of Practice are Family Law, Criminal Law and Civil Litigation but all legal services can be arranged by referral on to other specialist practitioners at very reasonable rates.


Ashlaw also has access to a range of preferred Barristers to advise on and/or appear in matters as necessary and established relationships with other lawyers, experts and consultants in various areas of the Law and related professions. 


City Agency services for suburban, country and interstate legal firms are also available.
Ashlaw offers the best Solicitor rates in the Sydney Metropolitan area at $250.00* per hour, $750.00* half day (4 hrs) and $1,500.00* day rate (8 hours). Payments may be made by cash, cheque, EFT or credit card.


All work is done or coordinated by Gary and a prompt ‘person to person’ service is provided to clients.


Although experienced in invoking and protecting clients’ rights at Court, Ashlaw subscribes to the pragmatic view that in Civil matters ‘settlement is better than litigation’..... the first rule of litigation is
